Refund Policy

At 11Signals Technologies Private Limited, we value our clients and strive to provide exceptional services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our customized Learning Management System (LMS) solutions and related services.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1. Refunds are only applicable if explicitly agreed upon in the signed contract or project agreement.
1.2. Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the agreement or invoice.
2. Conditions for Refunds
2.1. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
* Failure to deliver the agreed scope of work due to reasons attributable to 11Signals.
* Cancellation of the project before the commencement of work, as per the terms of the agreement.
2.2. Refunds will not be provided for:
* Services already rendered or milestones completed.
* Delays or project cancellations caused by the client’s failure to provide required inputs, approvals, or timely payments.
* Custom features or modules developed specifically for the client.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Clients must submit a written refund request via email with all relevant details, including the reason for the refund and supporting documentation.
3.2. Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.
3.3. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval, using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
4. Partial Refunds
4.1. In cases where partial work has been completed and delivered, a partial refund may be issued, deducting costs for work already completed and resources allocated.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
5.1. The following fees are non-refundable:
*Setup fees, onboarding charges, or initial deposits.
*Third-party costs or services incurred during project execution.
6. Force Majeure
6.1. Refunds will not be issued for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond the control of 11Signals, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory actions.
7. Final Decision
All refund decisions made by 11Signals are final and binding.
